The in-person meetings will be held on RHEMA USA’s campus (RMA).

Virtual sessions will be broadcast live.

Before the event, each registrant will be emailed a link to watch the sessions.

Sessions will be made available on-demand following the live sessions.

Location
The in-person meetings will be held on RHEMA USA’s campus in the RMA (Rooker Memorial Auditorium).

Meals are included in registration.
* You are welcome to bring your spouse and children to any meal, but they will need to be registered on your registration form for catering purposes.
Media / In-Person Engagement
Get ready! Someone from our event team might ask you for an interview, or a pretty picture, or what your favorite Bible verse is, etc.
Things to Bring

Your Bible.

Something to take notes with (pen, paper, digital).

Headphones that connect to your phone if you will need translation.

Laptop and International plug (if needed).

Please have your laptop/devices charged and ready to go.

We will have some power extension cords available (but limited).

Candy from your nation to share.

A blank postcard from your country.
Children
Children 0-6 years:
-
You will be responsible for providing your own childcare for children 0-6.
-
This includes feeding, diapers + diaper changes, and settling if a child is fussy.
-

Young children are allowed in the meeting room.
-
But if your child wants to play, is fussy, or needs a quieter place, there will be space available where you can be with them, and you would be able to log in online from there.​
Children 7+ years:
-
There will be childcare provided for children 7+.
- Available Monday-Wednesday during sessions.
-
This may included various onsite or offsite activities.
-
Care provided with RHEMA approved childcare workers.
-
Any transport will be with RHEMA approved drivers/vehicles.

Snacks: Crackers, fruit, and water will be provided. Other snacks may be available, but will be listed when you drop your child off.

Any other snacks or instructions will need to be provided by parents.

Meals: Children can join for the event lunch and dinner. Please mark them on your registration form. You are responsible for picking them up and dropping them back off.

Allergies: If you have a child with allergies, you will need to provide any special food / medicine for them + any instructions. ​​

The sessions will be broadcast live via ZOOM and YouTube.

Online Engagement
We will have livestream moderators providing you with session information and resources, as well as asking/answering questions. We welcome you to use that chat section, greet each other, write “Amen”, and let’s enjoy these sessions together!
What About Translation?
All sessions will be taught in English (or translated to English).

For teams attending IN PERSON and needing translation, there will be translation options available. Be sure to mark this on your registration form.

Teams will be responsible to provide a translator.

Translation will be run through an app called FetchAudio. To access the translation, this app will need to be downloaded onto your phone. (Instructions will be provided).

Please bring headphones that can connect to your phone.

For teams attending VIRTUALLY and requiring translation, there are some ways you can provide this for your teams. You may email us at admin@rhema.world to discuss options. ​

Translators will be able to provide remote translation through ZOOM and your teams will be able to access the live translation feed.

If your team can meet together in-person, you can stream the sessions and watch together.
-
The session videos will be provided afterwards if you would like to subtitle/dub them for your team's use.

Regarding Virtual attendance:

Q. Can I use the same link to access all of the sessions?
Yes you can use this same link for each session.

Q. What if the live feed drops or stops?
If the live feed drops/stops, we will restart the LIVE session. You could also try and refresh your browser and check your internet connection.

Q. What if there is no Audio or Video?
If it's a technical issue on our side, we will have it fixed as soon as we can. You could also check your internet connection and your volume or audio cables.

Q. Will we have access to the videos after the event?
All the session will be recorded and will be available to watch later on YouTube On-Demand. You will have access to the ‘Playlist’. This gives you access to ALL of the sessions. Once they have been ‘mastered’ they will be a made available through your national Directors.

Q. Can I pass this link on to friends, family, coworkers?

There are cases where an admin or team member needs to facilitate translation for a team. Please check in with admin@rhema.world and your National Director if this is the case for your team or you have questions about this.
